The on-campus accommodation consists of 297 rooms in 4 types, furnished and unfurnished. These rooms are divided over 5 buildings: Postma, Weyer, Kuneman, Klaasesz and Philips; the buildings are located around a central square, "The Rostrum", only a few minute-walk from class buildings, the restaurant and sport facilities.
Unfurnished room (available for MSC students)
The standard rooms are not furnished. The rooms are only equipped with curtains and a linoleum floor. The rooms are on average approximately 20 m2. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet, entrance and a mail-slot in the hall, where mail is delivered on the ‘Nieuw Nyenrode’ address. The unfurnished rooms can be occupied by one or two students. During the Adaptation Phase some students live together. You can indicate on your registration form what your preferences are. The housing department will allocate the rooms. The allocation of rooms will be based on a first come first served basis. If the room of your choice is no longer available another type of room will be allocated to you. If your health or personal situation makes it impossible to share a room, please contact the housing department, or hand in a declaration of your doctor (medicalstatement) with your housing form. We will try to make arrangements for a private room.

Luxury room with kitchenette (available for IMBA students)
This room is fully furnished with a bed with mattress, duvet (synthetic) and pillow, desk with halogen lamp, desk chair, comfortable armchair and sofa, wardrobe, curtains or blinds, and carpet or linoleum or a combination of both. The room has a shower, toilet and a kitchenette. These rooms have also their own entrance and a mail-slot in the hall, where mail is delivered on the ‘Nieuw Nyenrode’ address. The rooms come in two sizes approximately 25 m2 and 30 m2. Nyenrode charges different prices for medium and big rooms. The rooms can be occupied by one student.

All rooms have a phone for internal use. A telephone with an external line is available in every room. Should you request this service you will also be able to call and be called to/from outside Nyenrode. It is not possible to have a separate telephone number on campus via the KPN network and connections via other providers will not be free of charge. Costs of calling depends on the destination and duration of the call. The charges are like the KPN charges in the guide on the internet.
