The ITT Intercultural Leadership Program for Asian professionals trains Asian professionals working in the Netherlands. The program enables them to recognize different cultural behaviors. It improves their communication skills and team working skills to prepare them for a leading position in a Dutch working environment. It is specifically developed for PhD & Post-Doc researchers, engineers and beta professionals. The program offers five modules which touch upon different themes and are embedded in a Dutch cultural context and taught in English.
