CHROME distinguishes itself through its forward looking and practice-based, yet academically sound approach to all relevant issues of modern business management. Its faculty and staff combine many years of international executive and consultancy experience, with extensive research capabilities and output. We offer courses in all Nyenrode’s academic programs, as well as tailored executive courses and contract research.

Its main ambition is to develop new knowledge and turn this into mainstream thinking on new ways of organizing and managing for human based high performance. All of this is fed back into Nyenrode’s academic programs, both as finished ‘products’ but also in an experimental way. Here, interactivity with students and practice forms a cornerstone of CHROME’s research and teaching approach. As Human Resources Management forms one of the basic building blocks of modern management particular emphasis in CHROME is placed on being a recognized thought leader in this area and its possible successors.
