Nyenrode New Business Regatta - A new route for expertise and talent

​Today’s experts and tomorrow’s talent will meet in 2012 in a unique event that revolves around cooperation and exchanges, tradition and progress: the New Business Regatta!

On 28 April 2012, this special race for rowing boats (sloepen) will take place along the Amsterdam-Breukelen route. Students, entrepreneurs, Nyenrode alumni and business employees will row down the canals, through a 45 km historic trade route.
 
The New Business Regatta is characterized by the merge of two schools: Nyenrode Business Universiteit and New Business School Amsterdam. These two extraordinary private institutions are joining forces and celebrating this momentous occasion with an athletic event that brings different generations of entrepreneurs together.
 
The New Business Regatta gives participants the opportunity to make valuable contacts, allowing entrepreneurs and students to meet and interact in a dynamic setting, exchange ideas and gain knowledge. The regatta starts in the center of Amsterdam and ends at the castle of Nyenrode Business Universiteit, where the closing party will take place.
 
Companies (with their customers), fraternities, clubs and groups of friends who want to be part of this unique event are welcome to sign up; participants without a boat of their own can join as well. For € 1.500, - per boat (including access to the closing celebration), parties can register with ten participants per boat who will be linked to eleven professional rowers.
