Advance announcement: Mergers & Acquisitions Masterclass
In a one-day intensive course at Nyenrode, experts in international M&A will deliver lectures on the most important concerns regarding due diligence, legal aspects, negotiation, and cultural differences when dealing with M&A in an international context. The day will be concluded with an interesting cross-border case presented by the responsible executive. The course is open to executives and professionals that deal with mergers and acquisitions that want to obtain special insight into the conduct of international mergers and acquisitions.
