ORDERS & DELIVERY
As soon as an order has been placed, an email of acknowledgement will be sent. After acceptance of payment the estimated delivery time of 14 days will commence. The delivery service is TPG Post, The Netherlands. Goods are dispatched in accordance with the TPG Post General Terms & Conditions that can be found at www.tpgpost.nl.

It is possible for purchased articles to be delivered to a different address than that of the purchaser. All articles are packaged and dispatched with the greatest care.

www.nyenrode.nl/shop provides worldwide delivery. Most of the products are exportable.

www.nyenrode.nl/shop cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

RETURNS POLICY
Return or exchange of purchased items is not possible, except when the items received are different to those ordered. On receipt of wrongly dispatched items, www.nyenrode.nl/shop must be notified by email within 3 working days.

Although www.nyenrode.nl/shop is well stocked with a wide variety of articles it may occur that one or more products will be out of stock or more rapidly sold out than estimated. If this occurs, www.nyenrode.nl/shop will notify the expected supply and delivery time to the customer by email. The customer is then at liberty to cancel the order.

www.nyenrode.nl/shop vouches for high standard quality articles that comply with the descriptions and specifications stated on the site, with the exception of possible colour difference. Flaws and/or colour changes occurring as a result of normal wear and tear or admissible fault of the owner are not covered in the guarantee.

IMPORTANT: Washing instructions in items of clothing should be strictly followed.
